Yoga 101: The Basics of Yoga

Yoga is a popular exercise embraced in the Western world. This video highlights the history of yoga, yoga basics and demystifies the notions of who can practice yoga. This video also identifies the short term and long term benefits when practicing yoga, as well as the variety of ways that yoga can be practiced.
