Did a Wave Really Steal Our Sunscreen? Lake Havasu! It's just another peaceful day at the London Bridge Channel. WRONG. I'm now starring in my own version of "Deadliest Catch: Sunscreen Edition." Picture this: one minute you're living your best beach life, and the next, you're watching your $15 SPF 50 make a break for freedom like it just got paroled. The wave comes out of NOWHERE – clearly in cahoots with my sunscreen – and suddenly I'm sprinting down the beach looking like a confused lifeguard who forgot where the emergency is. People are staring as I'm pointing at this white tube bobbing in the water like some rebellious buoy. There I am, knee-deep in the channel, playing the world's most ridiculous game of Marco Polo with a bottle of sunscreen. "Come back! I promise I'll squeeze you gentler!" The tube is just vibing, floating along, probably texting all the other sunscreen bottles about its great escape. Finally caught the little deserter, completely soaked but victorious. Lesson learned: always keep your sunscreen on a leash. Or maybe it just needed a day off from protecting my perpetually pale skin. Can't blame it, really. 🏊‍♂️😅 #sunscreen #shorts
